This is a little row home I walk by on my morning walks in Philly. Between the Rittenhouse and Fitler Square neighborhoods, it is on the very narrow street of Van Pelt.

The charm of Philly is that old historic homes like this are only a few blocks away from the high rise buildings of center city. It has a quiet charm and character which invokes the past.

This work is mounted on stretched canvas and framed in a black wood floating frame.
