This work is comprised of raw edge applique on a hand dyed background. The stylized foliage depicts lush colors surrounding rocks and water feature. The ferns are unfurled and standing tall.

Batik fabrics, non wovens, textile paint and stitching all enhance the work. There is a hanging sleeve on the back and a slat with eye screws in included.
