This historical mansion is sandwiched between to huge high rise apartment buildings on Rittenhouse Square. It is now a dentist office but still boasts the original architecture which makes it so unique among it's newer neighbors.

This art quilt was created by fusing hand dyed cotton to the background, then stitching and quilting. A Micron Pen was used to add the detail work.

The colorful buildings and windows add whimsy to the work as well as spiral quilting which energizes the feeling of the piece.

This work is custom framed, mounted on black back board, with museum glass for non glare. It is ready to hang and measures 18.5" x 27.5".
